Over the past 15 years, I have worn many hats in commodities, energy, and pharmaceuticals including IT Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Process Optimisation Lead. Along the way, I have guided cross-functional teams, rolled out training programs, and implemented ERP and compliance platforms.
I have led system enhancements in Supply Chain from Order Management to Invoice, tackling everything from Order Flow Automation and adjustments for Medical Device Regulation to Distribution Control of dual-sourced products. I have been part of major system rollouts, including migration from JDE to SAP and integrating warehousing systems with ERP. I have also delivered projects that digitalized compliance and sustainability processes by moving from paper-based workflows to system-controlled operations and transformed CTRM support from chaotic email chains into structured Jira and Confluence workflows.
My mission is to enable others to succeed, taking the lessons and insights I have gathered in large organizations and multiplying their effect so teams can find clarity, work more efficiently, and achieve meaningful results.
I bring experience in ERP and CTRM system implementation, Lean Six Sigma process optimisation, governance and compliance, vendor evaluation, and first and second level support leadership. More than that, I bring curiosity, pragmatism, and a focus on making complexity manageable.
